All addresses are correct by US Postal Service Standards. ApartmentToolKit.com is not responsible for non-delivered mail due to vacancy and/or burned down or condemned complexes. Of course, we can't be responsible for errors made by the US Post Office or errors in preparing mailing pieces.

Your list may contain more (or less) apartment addresses than listed on common apartment complex search engines.

You also agree that the addresses, in whole or in part, will not be sold, leased or given away to any 3rd parties and are for your own personal use in marketing your services to apartment complexes.

What is a Rush/Priority Order?

A rush fee of $100 is charged when you request it thru the Apartment Tool Kit Shopping Cart. It's $100 per order, regardless if you order one list or multiple lists.

When an order an apartment mailing list on a RUSH basis, the lists will be e-mailed to you within 4 business days.

If you order ONE list only, a rush order refund will be issued if we are unable to obtain your list within the stated 4 business days. With a single mailing list, you have the option to cancel the entire order OR allow us to provide the list (even if the rush fee is refunded to you) OR if we are unable to obtain the list, you can substitute with another complex.

If you order TWO OR MORE lists (in the same order), you have the option to allow us to provide the lists (even if the rush fee is refunded to you) OR if we are unable to obtain the lists, you can substitute with another complex.

The rush fee refund will only be issued if we are not able to provide you with ANY of the lists. For example, if you ordered 4 lists and we could only provide 3 lists (within the 4 business day time period), no refund will be issued. If we are not able to obtain a list when you order multiple lists, you have the option to cancel the entire order OR allow us to provide the lists (even if the rush fee is refunded to you) OR if we are unable to obtain the lists, you can substitute with another complex.
